NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 18, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 11-2009-CA-004824 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and VOLNEY PIERRE; MARIE PIERRE; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 15 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET TRACT 106, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 63, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
