Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-CA-1848 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 17 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 4105, in 1830 Napoli Luxury Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in OR Book 3660, Page 2494 and as amended thereto, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
