Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2012 entered in Case No. 12-CC-002732 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit K-304, Naples Sandpiper Bay Club, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 1251, Pages 1687 through 1747, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
