NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-05534 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Bank United, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Jo Lynn Swanson, Naples Winterpark North, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Larry Towner, Tenant #2 n/f/a Janet Natale-Towner, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 17 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 5002 NAPLES WINTERPARK NORTH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF COMDOMINIUM FOR NAPLES WINTERPARK NORTH, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1264, PAGES 2236 THROUGH 2297 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS O F COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST in ALL COMMON ELEMENTS, IF ANY.
