NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-006309 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2007-2 Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and Julio C. Aviles, The Golden Gate Civic Association, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Shawn Nelson, Tenant #2 n/k/a Evelyn Nelson, The Unknown Spouse of Julio C. Ailes n/k/a Maria Runudo, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 15 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT NO. 6, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
