NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 5, THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IN RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. WITH THE FOLLOWING STREET ADDRESS: 8011 HATHAWAY DRIVE, NEW PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA, 34654.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on October 17, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
