NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 28th day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-004204-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein VYSTAR CREDIT UNKNOWN is the Plaintiff, IVAN Q. BAJALA; JEYRA D. BAJALA; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT SUNCOAST LAKES, INC.; and JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS, are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 10, SUNCOAST LAKES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any Person Claiming An Interest In The Surplus From The Sale, If Any, Other Than The Property Owner As Of The Date Of The Lis Pendens Must File A Claim Within Sixty (60) Days After The Sale.
