NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 04, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-004996-XXXX-E of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and THOMAS WAXMAN; BEVIN A. WAXMAN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; BALLANTRAE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 18th day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 13, BALLANTRAE VILLAGE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 53 THROUGH 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
