NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 17, 2012, in Case No. 51-2011-CA-004238ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pasco County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, is Plaintiff, and Roland Montrose and Sheereen Hossen-Montrose et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 17th day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block 10, PALM COVE PHASE 1B, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 52, Pages 15 through 27, inclusive, of the public records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
