NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reset Sale docketed September 20th, 2012 and a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2009, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-004593-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-CB8, is Plaintiff, and MEDARDO ORREGO, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 19th day of October, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
