YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Pasco, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
SEE EXHIBIT “A”; TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2000 56X24 MOBILE HOME, SERIAL NUMBER GMHGA1369925331A and GMHGA1369925331B.

A portion of Tract 1489A, SUNCOAST HIGHLANDS, (unrecorded Plat), lying in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 11, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:

Commence at the Northwest corner of said Section 11, thence South 89 degrees 53 minutes 02 seconds East, along the North boundary of said Section 11, a distance of 1430.00 feet, thence South a distance of 472.07 feet, thence West a distance of 237.06 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 06 degrees 24 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of 282.83 feet; thence South 83 degrees 35 minutes 15 seconds West, a distance of 150.00 feet; thence North 06 degrees 24 minutes 45 seconds West, a distance of 298.83 feet; thence East a distance of 150.94 feet to the Point of Beginning.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D.
