NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 29, 2012, and entered in 51-2012-CA-000752-XX of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and PAUL E. ROUSE, JR. A/K/A PAUL E. ROUSE; GRACIE S. ROUSE are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on OCTOBER 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 1, AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 2, LESS THE SOUTH 7 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2, BAYOU VIEW, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 5 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF WAY AS CONVEYED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 803, PAGE 900, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
