ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-20CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-20CB, is the Plaintiff and LINDA M. GORDEN; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT SUNCOAST LAKES, INC.; KEYBANK, N.A.; GULFSTREAM POOLS & SPAS, INC.; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; JEFF GORDON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA M. GORDON are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on OCTOBER 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 58, BLOCK 10, SUNCOAST LAKES PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 74 THROUGH 87, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
