NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 29, 2012, and entered in 51-2012-CA-001131-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-OPT1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT1, is the Plaintiff and STEVEN L. KIWALA A/K/A STEVEN KIWALA A/K/A STEVEN LOUIS KIWALA; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on OCTOBER 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 129, DEER PARK, UNIT 1-B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 108 THROUGH 110, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
