NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000850 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-15 is Plaintiff and CHARLES A. DUCHESNEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES A. DUCHESNEY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 15th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK 535, OF 18TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 6 AND 6A THROUGH 6V, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
