and commonly known as: 5135 BROOKSBEND CIR, SARASOTA, FL 34238; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales are held online at: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on October 23, 2012 at 9:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
