NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 005986 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI 2006QS6 was the Plaintiff and RICHARD D. HOLLIDAY, SR., ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com on the 26th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 274, SARASOTA GOLF CLUB COLONY, UNIT NO. 6, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
