NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006792 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2007KS2 was the Plaintiff and MARK EDWARD MESSNER, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com on the 26th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 18, A REPLAT OF HOLLYWOOD GARDENS, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
