NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment or Mortgage Foreclosure filed July 31, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 006108 NC Div. A of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE LEBOULCH, LESLIE DUSSINE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHERINE LEBOULCH, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LESLIE DUSSINE, SAN MARCO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on OCTOBER 29, 2012, beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
Unit 501, SAN MARCO, a Mixed Use Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2006034286, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 39, Page 7, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN IT'S DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
