NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 18, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-011645 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES (FHAMS 2005-AA3), BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is the Plaintiff and , STEVEN PLATT; and SABLE TRACE SINGLE-FAMILY PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; and SABAL TRACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; and FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST HORIZON HOME CORPORATION are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 23RD day of OCTOBER , 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, SABAL TRACE, UNIT 1, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 38, 38A THRU 38C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
