NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 5th day of September, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 009940 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and ANA ISABEL RUBI A/K/A ANA I. RUBI, CTX MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, PARKRIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., LOURDES ROSA RODRIGUEZ A/K/A LOURDES RODRIGUEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANA ISABEL RUBI A/K/A ANA I. RUBI; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 10th day of October, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5-203, PHASE 5, PARKRIDGE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2004046838, AMENDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2004054371 (PHASE 33); AND AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
