NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-009151-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Laurie Messina are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on October 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK C, CEDAR HAMMOCK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 21 THROUGH 21-D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE SOUTH 05º18'31” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 81.73 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 68º27'07” EAST, 109.99 FEET; THENCE NORTH 50º17'52” EAST, 12.59 FEET; THENCE NORTH 31º49'48” WEST, 130.39 FEET; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY, ALONG A CURVE WHOSE RADIUS IS 50.00 FEET, AND WHOSE RADIUS POINT BEARS NORTH 16º12'17” WEST, FROM SAID POINT, SAID CURVE HAVING A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 41º55'02”, AND AN ARC DISTANCE OF 36.59 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
