Counts, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on October 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK “O”, SOUTHGATE RIDGE, UNIT NO. 3, AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 93 AND 93A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
