Notice is hereby given that Karen Rushing, Clerk of Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will, on November 1, 2012, at 9:00 AM, conduct through the Internet for Sarasota County foreclosures at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 21, Tortoise Estates Subdivision, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 28 and 28A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is First Bank, as successor by merger to Coast Bank of Florida vs. Branimir L. Horvat, et al, and the Case number of which is 2012 CA 004625 NC.
