NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 005347 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-NC3 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JABIE A. ROY; HEATHER A. ROY; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MELISSA A ROY; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A BRITT SMITH, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 31st day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 910, TWENTIETH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 8-8A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
