Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case, Number 2011 CA 009383 NC, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 242, SUMMER GREEN, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records book 1933, page 2166, and restated in Official Records Book 2914, page 70, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 26, pages 21 and 21A through 21G, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on October 29, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
