NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 005781 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and SEAN P. O`BRIEN A/K/A SEAN O'BRIEN; ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION F/K/A SARASOTA COASTAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JULIE M. O'BRIEN A/K/A JULIE M SPETH; NORMA VAN DORNE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTYY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 19th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK 533, EIGHTEENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 6, 6A THROUGH 6V, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
