NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 21st day of August, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 002247 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and DANIEL P. GREENAWAY; ELLEN I. GREENAWAY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 19th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A part of Lot 772, ENGLEWOOD GARDENS NO. 3, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 45, 46 and 47, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows: commence at the Southwest corner of above described Lot 772, for a Point of Beginning; thence East along the Southerly boundary line of said Lot 772; 407.0 feet; thence North 3Ëš11'22” West, 190.25 feet to a point that lies 20.0 feet Southerly of and perpendicular to the Northerly boundary line of Lot 772; thence South 83Ëš37'16” West along a line that runs parallel with and 20.0 feet Southerly of the above described Northerly boundary line of Lot 772, 406.20 feet to an intersection with the Easterly right of way line of Larchmont Drive (50 feet right of way), as shown on said plat; thence Southerly along said right of way line, being a curve concave to the West, having a radius of 1,482.70 feet, a delta angle of 5Ëš36'23”, an arc distance of 145.08 feet and a chord distance of 145.02 feet to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
