C, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and ANTHONY T. SINGLEY; TERESA L. SINGLEY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 16th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, KLEIN TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
