DUNN II, ET AL the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com on the 23rd day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 983, TWENTY SECOND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 10, 10A THROUGH 10J, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
