SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK MIDWEST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and DAVID E. PERDUE A/K/A DAVID PARDUE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID E. PERDUE A/K/A DAVID PARDUE IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENTANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHR SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; HYDE PARK WALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; JANE DOE N/K/A GIULIANA AUGUSTUO, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM or, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 26th day of November, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 230, HYDE PARK WALK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14867, PAGE 164, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
This property is located at the Street address of: 800 S DAKOTA AVE, TAMPA, FL 33606.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
