NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-014399 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JORGE D. OTERO, MONICA P. OTERO, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, LAKEWOOD RIDGE TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A BEVERLY SCOTT are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 10th day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 16, LAKEWOOD RIDGE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGES 148 THROUGH 158, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
