AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and RENEA MOTLEY DAVIS A/K/A RENEA M. DAVIS A/K/A RENEA DAVIS A/K/A WANDA MOTLEY DAVIS A/K/A WANDA M. DAVIS A/K/A WANDA DAVIS; _.
