NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-009471, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-5CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5CB, is Plaintiff and SCOTT ANDERSON; RAINTREE VILLAGE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 9 ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANNA M. BOYCE; CLERK OF COURT HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JANE DOE N/K/A HOLLY SHUPE; JOHN DOE N/K/A KRISTOPHER IRIZARRY, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m., on the 5th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT E, BUILDING 12 OF RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 9, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN O.R. BOOK 4891, PAGE 1030 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
