NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 24, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-024201, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006KS9, is Plaintiff and JESSE S. FERNANDEZ A/K/A JESSE FERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSE S. FERNANDEZ A/K/A JESSE FERNANDEZ IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BLOOMINGDALE HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 12th day of October, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 4, BLOOMINGDALE HILLSSECTION “C” UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
