NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 22, 2012, in Case No. 29-2011-CA-014489 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and James E. Farina and Lucille L. Farina et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on online via the internet www.hilsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the electronic sale may proceed, on the 10th day of October, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 LESS THE NORTH 6.0 FEET AND ALL OF LOT 8, BLOCK 4 OF TRIPOLI PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
