Notice is given that, pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in Case No.: 12-CC-007970, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Plaintiff is KINGS LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. and the Defendants are LEON DESTIN and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEON DESTIN N/K/A JUDY DESTIN, and other named defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell, the subject property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on November 9, 2012 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 16, Block 7, Kings Lake Phase 2B, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 98, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Also known as: 7008 Crown Lake Drive, Gibsonton, Florida 33534.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
