Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida described as:
UNIT 30, CHARTERMILL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 62, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4524, PAGE 496, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS ATTACHING THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 5220 Pine Mill Court, Tampa, Florida 33617, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on October 29, 2012, at 10:00 A.M., after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com. The purchaser of the property shall be required to pay the electronic sales fee assess in accordance with section 45.035(3), Florida Statutes. The Clerk will not issue the Certificate of Title if the electronic sales fee is not paid.
