Final Judgment was awarded on June 19, 2012 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-019827, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-OA2 is the Plaintiff, and, RAQUEL GARCIA; PABLO GARCIA; JOHN DOE N/K/A ROBERT ALVAREZ; JANE DOE N/K/A STEPHANIE ALVAREZ; ARBORS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
