NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 2nd day of November 2012, at 10:00am on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Unit 911, of VILLAGE OAKS AT TAMPA, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 17453, Page 739, and in Condominium Plat Book 23, page 1 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with all appurtenance thereto, and an undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
