NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 1, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-012565 DIV K of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY W. TORRES; DIANE L. TORRES; COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash http://www.hillsborough.realforclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on October 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 1, TANGLEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
