BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and ROBERT N. ZAMBITO; GAIL F. GREATHOUSE; AMERICAN EXPRESS TRAVEL RELATED COMPANY, INC., are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http//www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. and continue until all scheduled sales have been completed., on the 26th day of November, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOTS 11 AND 12, OF NORTH BON-AIR, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens mus file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
