NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 10, 2012, entered in Case No. 12-CA-001976 DIV A of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and Francis R. La Feir; Carolyn S. La Feir; Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the clerk of courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com 10:00 AM on the 30 day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit::
LOT 12, BLOCK 1, OF BRANDON COUNTRY ESTATES UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, AT PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
