NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-012031 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-25, Plaintiff, and, FALERO, WALFRIDO, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 16TH day of October, 2012, the following described property:
THE EAST 333 FEET OF THE NORTH 100 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, LESS THE EAST 33 FEET FOR HUTCHISON ROAD, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
