NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2012 and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 18, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-CC-015667-J, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BOYETTE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and JENNIFER N. STEEL, is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 9, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 37, Block A, BOYETTE CREEK PHASE 1, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 94, Page 31, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
