NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Summary Foreclosure Judgment on Verified Amended Complaint” (the “Final Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action on September 20, 2012, in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Hillsborough County will sell the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, as described on the attached Exhibit “A,” to the highest bidder, for cash. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com, on November 16, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.

Parcel 1: The East 264 feet of the North 165 feet of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 29 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, Less Road Right-of-Way.
Parcel 2: The East 528 feet of the North 165 feet of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 29 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS the East 264 feet thereof.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as Parcel 1: 2101 S. Parson Avenue and Parcel 2: Parcel #66041-0100, Seffner, FL 33584.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
