Notice is HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Concent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-12523 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and KAREN MORAN; LAURA MORAN, FAIRAOKS SOUTH, INC., THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREN MORAN, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAURA MORAN, are the Defendant(s).
