NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-015394 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for CIT Home Equity Loan Trust 2003-1, Plaintiff, and, SHARON K. MARKEY, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 AM on the 15th day of November 2012, the following described property:
LOT 22, BLOCK 2, WALDEN LAKE - UNIT 20, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56 AT PAGE 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
