SPENCER; ET AL. the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder on the 11th day of October, 2012, online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclosure.com beginning at 10a.m. the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 807B, HYDE PARK WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14867, PAGE 164, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
