Commencing at the Southwest Corner of Lot 14, Block A, said point being the point of beginning (P.O.B.); thence N 41°03'17'' W, a distance of 30.00'; thence N 71°41'57'' E, a distance of 7.16 feet, thence S 46°40'13'' E, a distance of 15.74', thence S 35°31'27'' E, a distance of 11.95' to the point of curvature of a non-tangent curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius of 75.00', a central angle of 5°20'58'', and a chord of 7.00' bearing S 51°37'43'' W; thence southwesterly along said curve, a distance of 7.00' to the point of beginning (P.O.B.); said described tract portion containing 213.13 square feet, more or less.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 10, 2012 in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
